The history of the Aerovit SC-Jet Shower Cleaning
In September 2021, Aerovit A/S acquired all rights to the Degn Design Shower Cleaning system from Jørgen Skaarup. The solution, known in the market as DD-Jet, is now offered as Aerovit SC-Jet Shower Cleaning and is produced, sold, and serviced by Aerovit.
Jørgen Skaarup is the pioneer behind shower cleaning for large biomass and waste-to-energy boilers with capacities higher than 40 MW and operating temperatures up to 1250°C. Today he is associated with Aerovit as a senior advisor, supporting continued development and sharing his great knowledge.
Based on Degn Design’s unique rotating nozzle head and proven efficiency at more than 50 plants worldwide, SC-Jet complements the other Aerovit boiler cleaning solutions and supports our strategy to be a complete supplier of boiler cleaning solutions. The unique nozzle head is under continuous development to improve efficiency, cleaning reach, and uptime in demanding environments.
